YouthTraX is the Local Community Partnership, (LCP), for Alice Springs and the Central Region.
 
LCP’s deliver three Australian Government-funded career development and transition support programmes.

Structured Workplace Learning gives students structured learning opportunities in a real or simulated workplace.
Career and Transition Support helps young people access a range of career development and transition support programmes and services.
Adopt a School Programme encourages businesses to work with schools to give young people hands-on learning experiences and develop their understanding of work and employability skills. 

Local Community Partnerships work with schools, parents and businesses and community organizations to help all young Australians aged 13 to 19 years.
