Apprentice Mentoring & Management
Once an apprentice has been recruited and placed with a Host Employer, GTNT
then ensure the management & well being of the apprentice/trainee is paramount.
Our responsibilities include:
- Structured mentoring of the Apprentice
- Monitor the Training Progress and provide reports
- Provide support for the entire Apprenticeship Period
- Provide a specialised Indigenous support
- Conduct all liaisons with the training provider on a regular basis
- Conduct all liaisons with Host Employers on a regular basis.
