Apprentice Mentoring & Management

Once an apprentice has been recruited and placed with a Host Employer, GTNT then ensure the management & well being of the apprentice/trainee is paramount.

Our responsibilities include:

• Structured mentoring of the Apprentice
   
• Monitor the Training Progress and provide reports
   
• Provide support for the entire Apprenticeship Period
   
• Provide a specialised Indigenous support
   
• Conduct all liaisons with the training provider on a regular basis
   
• Conduct all liaisons with Host Employers on a regular basis.
