BSB20115 Certificate II in Business

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who have a defined and limited range of hospitality operational skills and basic industry knowledge. They are involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks and work under direct supervision.

The units for this program is taken from the Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Training Package and is recognised nationwide.

Eligibility/entry requirements: There are no entry requirements for this qualification.
Length of course: This program is delivered over 6 months full-time or 12 month part time

How will you learn?

The program has been designed to give students a range of flexible training options, to meet their needs, these include face to face classroom based, distance learning, blended delivery and/or through work experience. Face to face training includes a range of practical activities in a simulated work environment, along with theory components – some of which may need to be completed by students outside of class times.

This qualification applies to a range of administrative roles in varied contexts. Individuals in these positions use some discretion and judgement and may provide technical advice and support to a team.
